Babycakes Children's Boutique, located in Rocky River, OH is open! We’re asking that all guests wear masks during this time.

Our COVID Measures:

  • In order to maintain the safety of our shoppers and associates, we limit the number of guests allowed in the store at one time.
  • All employees and guests are required to wear a mask at all times.
  • If guests don’t have a mask, we will have masks available for you to safely enjoy shopping in the store.
  • We’ve increased our store cleaning protocol, including additional staff devoted strictly to cleaning, and we have hand sanitizing stations set up around the store.

Virtual & Private Shopping Appointments:

We offer private shopping appointments for guests who would like to shop outside of our set store hours. We also offer FaceTime appointments and complimentary personal shopping services. These appointments can be scheduled by contacting us at 216-767-5209.

Curbside pickup and porch drop offs (within 5 miles) are still available for clients who prefer to shop from a distance or order online.

Parking & Curbside Pickup:

Reserved parking is available for our guests directly behind Babycakes Children's Boutique. The parking is for clients of both Lovely and Babycakes -- just look for our white and black Lovely signs! Street parking is also available in front of Lovely and Babycakes and on Wright Avenue, the cross street between both stores.

Return Policy:

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All merchandise must be returned in its packaging with the original tags attached. Used, opened or sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges. All personalized orders are non-refundable. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
