At Babycakes, giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. If you're organizing a local fundraiser, nonprofit event, or school initiative and are seeking donations, we'd love to hear about it.

We do our best to support as many local causes as we can and prioritize initiatives that directly benefit children and families in the Cleveland and Rocky River area.
Shipping and returns
Shipping
We currently ship across the U.S. via USPS and UPS. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is on the way.
Return policy
Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All merchandise must be returned in its packaging with the original tags attached. Used, opened, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All personalized orders are non-refundable. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
